Summary
We are seeking one outstanding, experienced, detail oriented individual to lead our harvest team. We are ideally looking for someone that has experience with Metrc, team leadership, administrative tasks, and overall harvest team responsibilities. Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance offered after 90 days with the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals while we harvest perpetually to supply our medical and recreational dispensaries. We harvest every day so that the work load is manageable and we have strong strain diversity. Your main roles will be to oversee your harvest crew, track product, create METRC manifests and transfers from the grow to the stores. Handle scheduling and work with grow manager to handle harvest schedule.
Work M-F 7am-4pm.
Physical Requirements
Standing and sitting for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift plants and reach high places.
Working Environment
COVID-19 considerations: All employees required to wear a mask and gloves and to keep 6 feet apart at all times.
Experience
Previous management experience, Inventory Management experience, and experience with METRC required.
MED Badge Required.
If you were a store manager that focused heavily on METRC and inventory management, an inventory controller, inventory assistant, assistant manager that dealt heavily in Metrc, or a Metrc administrator at your previous dispensary that might work as well. We do prefer someone with harvest and trim experience. Must be well versed in the state of Colorado's Marijuana laws. Can learn specific city information during job.
