Sales Account Executive In this role you will grow the number of retailers in the WA State carrying our product, while growing sales volume at existing stores. You will have the opportunity to work with the other members of the executive team to drive the strategic vision of the company. You will facilitate Outside Sales needs and coordinate with Production on all sales. You're known for your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's brand to elevate the brand's community profile on social media and our online website and menu.
This position will also require some travel and you should have regular access to a reliable vehicle as you will be traveling by car to retailers. If you have proven success in driving growth in Cannabis companies, are a social media influencer, are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you.
Ability to work independently, as well as within the team is essential.

Role Requirements


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Understand the competitive landscape, State testing requirements and market trends • Build and implement sales strategies, analyze trends and results • Identify and solve client issues strategically and consultative • Execute lead management and sales opportunities in CRM • Establish a referral network and find ways to maximize value from those connections

Qualifications: • 2-5 years’ outside sales experience including cold calling • Must have excellent analytical and analytic communication skills • Must possess advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Skills and Attitudes: • Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate about the cannabis industry. This position requires someone who is great at selling and a people person with a positive attitude and mindset. • Be able to work independently • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and organize • Ability to attend sales training meetings, as well as trade shows and other events that would tend to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products • Ability to listen, ask questions and understand customer needs • Must be able to communicate telephonically
