This is a remote role and requires 25% travel. Must be seated in PA, VA, FL, or MA.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank , The Lab , Tasteology , Nira + Medicinals and Seche , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

  • Work with leadership to turn the sales needs of the organization into thoughtful business requirements
  • Establish a strong partnership with IT and actively contribute to building the sales technology vision and roadmap
  • Identify gaps and enhancements in current processes and tools and recommend improvements and/or net new platforms
  • Create realistic project milestones and work with all stakeholders to hit timelines and keep projects on track
  • Spearhead training efforts for new tools and functionality
  • Assist in discovery efforts with sales and sales operations business requirements in mind
  • Lead efforts to build out reporting and dashboards
  • In addition to project documentation, document ways of working and swim lanes across major touch points
  • Monitor adoption post implementation

  • This is a remote role and requires 25% travel. Must be seated in PA, VA, FL, or MA.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience with cannabis seed-to-sale systems preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver as a key contributor in sales software development projects
  • Prior exposure to B2B portals and the associated business needs
  • A keen understanding of the order-to-cash process
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to actively listen
  • Experience presenting technical information in a succinct, digestible way to business leadership
  • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative skills
  • Process oriented and understands the importance of leveraging technology to build repeatable, scalable workflows
  • Previous success in balancing aggressive timelines with delivering high quality work
  • You thrive in an environment where you can build structure, drive impactful business decisions and have proven success promoting the untapped potential across platforms
  • Ability to take a methodical approach to your work and explain complexity with ease across all levels of an organization
