As BEED's Sales Director you'll be...

Responsible for leading all aspects of sales in California Responsible for the achievement of AOP Responsible for handling the company’s top customer relationships headquartered in the region Responsible for design, development and implementation of comprehensive annual trade programs and materials in support of strategic sales plan. Develop & manage regional sales teams for the State, clearly identifying yearly/monthly results. Work jointly with the Brand Team to achieve outstanding in-store merchandising, programming and promotions Develop timely sales reports and return on investment on specific marketing and trade efforts Deliver sales forecasting per region, short and long-term. Develop & maintain a strong liaison with distributor sales leadership and field teams Maintain leadership position for distributor and co-manufacturing partners including metrics, retail programs, budget management, quarterly reviews, and strategy execution

What we're looking for...

Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is preferred. Five to eight years of relevant sales experience in CPG in the US market - experience in cannabis and/or beverage or alcohol preferred. Excellent understanding of the CA cannabis market including key relationships within the network Excellent written and verbal communication skills Validated leadership skills with demonstrated experience in leading and driving sales across an organization and territory. Shown distributor management experience, with a consistent track record of successfully implementing an Annual Operating Plan Leadership skills to work optimally with Sr. Management. Available to travel to address the California market according to business needs, specifically able to handle intensive travel schedules. Available to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines. Able to build relationships and be a strong, dependable leader!
