Role Requirements


• Work with the Dispensary Manager on overseeing the general product delivery operational, logistical and support requirements of the dispensary. • Supervise and monitor shipping and delivery of orders from dispensary to off-site customers. • Help monitor and maintain appropriate product inventory levels and stock quantities. • Help manage costs, particularly expenses related to delivery operations. • Ensure adherence to established Corporate and Regulatory policies and procedures. • Supervise, train and mentor delivery team members. • Efficiently oversee the team members’ timekeeping and work schedule, ensuring correctness. • Maintain accurate product inventory and delivery records and forms.

• Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. • At least one year of Cannabis experience, particularly in Cannabis Product Shipping and Delivery in a Cannabis Dispensary. • Good working knowledge and understanding of Blaze Delivery (POS) and METRC software. • Good general knowledge of use of medicinal marijuana and related products. Clear understanding of the Cannabis space and industry trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Good team player and retail sales skills. Potential for eventual career advancement as a Cannabis Dispensary Assistant Manager, based on excellent work performance.
