We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our growing organization. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with travel and is willing to do the extra mile to grow their sales region. The successful candidate will have experience working across a variety of business functions and be able to foster effective relationships with clients, colleagues and management. The preferred candidate should be able to: -Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organization skills. -Multitask and work in a dynamic environment. -Adapt to the needs of our various retailers. -Educate buyers and retailers on the nuance of Chemistry’s process and products. -Have fun! We love and respect weed. -Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional special events on nights and weekends (currently limited due to COVID). Salary: $80,000 to $90,000/year + quarterly commission; salary commensurate with experience. -Commission and compensation reviewed semi-annually. Benefits: Full health, dental, vision insurance and up to 4 weeks paid time off. Plus lots of weed.

Role Requirements


Specific Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

-Lead and Build our Southern California Sales Team.

-Sell Chemistry products :)

-Work closely with retail accounts to set up monthly promotions and sales.

-Sign on 10-15 new accounts every quarter. Goals adjusted regularly.

-Work closely with the Marketing and Operations team.

-Communicate regularly with our Distribution partner.

-Expand bulk extract sales to California brand partners.

-Work with management to develop annual sales forecasts and quarterly goals.

-Have a broad knowledge of the current state of the CA cannabis market.

-Hit projected sales goals and share monthly reports on progress.

-Keep on top of administrative duties. (CRM, Project Manager, Slack.)
