Summary

Work at our busy medical and recreational dispensary with a full-time and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but industry experience, especially experience with Metrc, LeafLogix, and inventory management preferred. Ideal candidate has experience managing employees, has strong attention to detail, enjoys one on one customer interaction, and excels in a busy atmosphere. Full-time --- 40 hours available, 5 days a week. Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary --- Base hourly + Tips. We also offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days, 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period. Benefits --- Health, Vision, and Dental insurance provided after 60 days. The majority is paid by the company. Store discounts and increased loyalty benefits are offered to all employees.

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Process cannabis sales with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Work with store manager to ensure day-to-day operations are optimized and best practices are utilized.

Optimize workflow efficiency with high-level employee training, exploration of best practices, and use of company-approved SOPs.

Maintain accurate on-hand inventory, a clean workspace, and a high-quality environment for both customers and employees.

Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc advanced courses, and state regulations.

Competently follow directions from managers and supervisors.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.

Be on time to work and reliable.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure a quality experience is being met.

Physical Requirements

Standing for long periods of time.

Must be able to reach up and down to reach products for customers.

Experience

Previous Management experience, Inventory Management experience, and experience with METRC and/or LeafLogix preferred.

Education

No formal education is required. Prefer someone with high-level computing capability.
