About This Job

We are in the process of building out our Core IT Team. We need a hands-on leader that will be able to hire, motivate, and optimize our helpdesk and core IT systems. The expected outcomes for this role is a reduction in helpdesk tickets, improved resolution time of tickets, and a graceful employee experience from onboarding to offboarding end to end.

This position is super exciting as the leader can come in and build Core IT to support the hypergrowth that Dutchie is going through. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, the manager will deliver an optimal IT experience for our employees that keeps them happy, productive, and secure.

What You'll Do...
  • Optimize the IT helpdesk to provide an optimal employee technology experience
  • Hands-on resolve tickets side by side with team members, lead by example
  • Mentor and teach the team best practices and implement lightweight processes to ensure consistency in the employee experience
  • Configure and manage our core systems including Okta, G Suite, Jira, Jamf, Slack, and more
  • Automate business processes including onboarding/offboarding and provisioning
  • Manage Core IT KPIs to ensure efficient and effective delivery that can scale with the growth of Dutchie
  • Secure our core systems working in close partnership with the information security team

What You Bring...
  • Hands on experience resolving all types of IT helpdesk tickets
  • Configuration experience across core systems such as Okta, Jira, Zoom, Slack, Jamf
  • iPaaS experience such as mulesoft or workato a plus
  • 5+ years in a lead or manager experience in IT operations
  • Experience with basic administration of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Deep experience with broad range of HW and operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux)
