Working Environment

You'll work from your home and region physically, but virtually with all of us at PHB. Our organization is small and responsive. Sales Reps work directly with the Director of Sales and customer service, and can contact Quality and Product Development with questions or ideas.

Role Requirements


As an independent, commission-only sales representative for Anthology Brands, you will be responsible for developing sales of CBD products within your defined region by responding quickly to leads sent to you, and developing new prospects by visiting in person, calling, and emailing to explain the unique benefits of our company and its products. We will provide training about the products and our systems, will provide samples and POS materials, and will assist you as needed by phone, text, and email. You will place orders for these accounts into our order computer-based processing system, confirm with the customer, and answer questions regarding these orders. After order entry, most processes are automated with most special situations handled by B2B Customer Service or Accounting. You will use the company's CRM to post updates about leads and contacts, and will maintain goodwill with your accounts and any inherited House accounts in your region.

Physical Requirements

Some driving may be required to visit prospects and customers. Attend virtual sales meetings once a month. You need your own reliable computer, mobile device, and internet connection.


At least two years of successful selling Great organizational skills, strong independence, creativity and self-motivation

  • Experience with Google office systems and a CRM are a plus
  • Live in the geographical area you propose to develop
  • A posItive and strong customer service drive
  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives


  • Bachelor's degree or corresponding years of cannabis or natural products sales experience
  • Strong understanding of and passion for health, wellness, and functional natural products
