Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s projects across all departments by completing retail operations tasks as well as actively contributing to building influential company culture. This position will ensure that all projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, regularly re-evaluating the course of the project, and reporting its status to the team and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator handles projects with the goal of completing on time and within budget. This position will report to the Retail Director.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Thesis team in sourcing and recruiting brand ambassadors within the brand’s profile and target base. • Completes and documents store visits to identify opportunities with competitors. • Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reporting as directed. • Promotes and embodies a culture of teamwork by working alongside Retail and C-Suite executives to establish and execute business priorities. • Ensures we are meeting deadlines and escalate issues when they arise. • Work with project team to develop, drive, and implement project goals. • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for all projects. • Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success. • Coordinate meetings, resources, equipment, and information.

Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Dynamic communicator • Exceptional, organized planner and project manager • Resourceful, receptive, and adaptable to changing environments • Has great prioritization and organizational skills • Has strong teamwork skills to work with several cross functional partners • Have no ego. You do what it takes to get a job done, you are curious and look for creative solutions to any issue • Proven ability to support senior team members and drive projects forward in a timely fashion. • Have a good sense of humor and bring fun to work
