We are looking for a part-time intern to do admin back office work. 10 hours a week to start and that will grow as we grow. As we have only a budget for part-time, we are looking for a person who needs little instruction and can take direction and go!


$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

About The CannaDiva

The CannaDiva is a community of women supporting women at every stage along their cannabis journey, we've been active in NYS Cannabis since 2017.

We focus on 3 areas...patient education, professional development, and community engagement. We have a vibrant social media community and are launching a virtual community platform in the new year. We are a very small team but have a great presence in the NYS Cannabis Community.

Role Requirements


Proficiency in Mailchimp, Trello, Canva, Hootsuite / Zoho or social media scheduling, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Calendar, Gmail, etc), Eventbrite, Meetup, Facebook Events/Groups, etc.

Physical Requirements

It would be a plus to be NYC/Westchester based. Not a requirement.


An efficient Admin who has a sense of urgency and can pivot when necessary. Be a true team player and be passionate about your work and role.
