Company & Role Overview
We are looking for a few seasoned sales professionals in the cannabis space with a kinship to music that can serve as Brand Support Managers in the legal California Cannabis Market. The position entails providing sales and customer service support in dispensaries in your territory, increasing revenue monthly, and managing the brand relationships in each of your accounts. In addition to in-store visits and on-site sales, our Brand Support Team will also have the opportunity to attend and work major industry events and trade shows from small and large music festivals to industry specific events like Hall of Flowers etc.
Salary$2,000.00 - $10,000.00 / month

- Management of 30-50 accounts in a specific region or territory.
- Actively seek and open new accounts to service through daily shop visits and buyer meetings.
- Responsible for Sales and Customer Service in each of your assigned/acquired accounts.
- Increase Monthly Revenue in each account and seek ways to grow brand(s) presence in accounts.
- Manage brand support initiatives for your accounts (incentives, in-store activations, etc).
- Support Higher Vibes Solutions family of brands at events and trade shows throughout the year.
- Offer additional service and support to Higher Vibes Solutions and our family of brands.
- Professionally represent our high-level clients and our company in the highest way possible.
- Driver License/Insurance, your own vehicle , and ability to drive long hrs (position requires daily driving).
- Ability to carry a backpack or road case filled with product to show clients (5-10 lbs max)
- Ability to set up small pop up table or podium and assist with in-store events.
- Must be able to be awake, alert, and available during regular industry hours.
- One year or more of cannabis sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
- Ability to use CRM or software based ordering systems.
- Basic spreadsheet knowledge and computer skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis, cannabinoids, terpenes, and market trends.
- A passion to learn and be mentored for success.
- Musical background preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Prior account service experience or management skills a plus.
