Role Requirements


What you will do

Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates Review resumes to pre-screen candidates Collaborate with internal recruiting team to identify each position’s requirements Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates Contact past applicants for new job opportunities Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires for our clients and network Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-fill Meet KPIs on candidate engagement activities. Manage job postings and pipeline of candidates through ATS and various job boards Publish and manage job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Source candidates by using databases and social media Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Physical Requirements
