Role Requirements


Complete other special projects as requested

Audit transactions from multiple systems to ensure accurate postings

Assist with the preparation of California tax filings

Prepare monthly financial reports

Assist with payroll processing and tracking, including quarterly and annual reconciliations

Assist in technical accounting research and work with leaders of each entity to ensure compliance

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Perform variance analysis and prepare explanations for review

Lead the monthly and quarterly close processes for various entities, including posting closing journal entries and reconciling all general ledger accounts

Oversee the recording of daily accounting transactions

Maintain fixed asset records

Physical Requirements

Proficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

4-5 years experience in an Accounting Department

Detailed oriented and extremely organized

Knowledge of basic accounting procedures, accuracy, good numeracy skills

Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office, Outlook, Excel (QuickBooks is preferred)

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Positive team player who works well with others


Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field is preferred

Certified Public Accounting License (preferred)
