Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the production of edible treats, drinks, pre-rolls, and cartridges. This candidate will be trained on all machinery and processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, great time management, critical thinking, and dependability. This position is full time with two available shifts (6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm). The pay is bi-weekly and commensurate with experience ($17.00 - $18.00/hour).

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Coordinate with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging

Other duties as assigned

Use good judgment and communication in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind

Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adjust work schedules according to production needs

Perform tasks with great efficiency over a 8 hour work period without losing quality

Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for long periods

Experience

Comfortable with repetitive tasks (counting, labeling, weighing, capping, etc.)

Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Previous cannabis experience desired

Flexible; able to change processes and sometimes hours as needed to meet timelines

Experience in production line, factory, assembly line or line cooking desired

Demonstrated ability to use basic math reliably (i.e. count, add and subtract)

Self-motivated and able to keep up with a steady work pace while striving to meet goals

Comfortable working in a high regulated business and growing industry

Ability to read, understand and follow SOP’s, directions, etc.

Good attendance record

Ability to work nights full-time
