Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development of a compelling, integrated marketing strategy and executing plans to increase prime's market share, reputation and profitable growth in PA's fast-growing medical marijuana industry.

  • As the Marketing Manager, champions prime's positioning and value proposition across all communication channels to help drive profitable growth
  • Plans, develops and executes the marketing strategy (based on Acreage NJ CCF brand guidelines and NJ regs) with relevant and compelling messaging executed via digital marketing, educational materials, programming and events (to the extent safely feasible within the COVID 19 environment) for external and internal audiences
  • Acts as a brand steward - incorporating brand standards and guidelines - in all marketing initiatives
  • Consistently maintains strict compliance with all NJ regs, company policies and procedures
  • Manages a productive relationship with our lead communications agency - and all other relevant vendors
  • Partnering with Marketing team to drive creative development and production of all online and offline marketing assets from initial concept to finished execution (incorporates input from the Sales' team & - to the extent feasible - and always in compliance). Monitors and tracks results of all marketing activities.
  • Partners with the Sales' team to support their ability to minimally meet / ideally exceed our core business objectives utilizing a variety of tools including customized dispensary content, compelling educational materials and branded collateral items
  • Partnering with teams to develop relevant and engaging content to increase visibility, enhance our reputation and expand followers on our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram & Facebook).
  • Works with Sr. Manager of Sales and Marketing on monthly KPI reports; leveraging insights for the benefit of the company and prime brand.
  • Develops and consistently tracks all marketing expenses (reports on the last business day of each month)
  • Oversees a Marketing Coordinator, mentoring and guiding them to success in generating and executing compliant and effective marketing programs and strategies.
  • Develops and shares a weekly TOT summary with the Regional General Manager
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the products and service offerings of key MSO competitors with the objective of identifying and leveraging opportunities to further differentiate prime
  • Performs related duties as assigned by the Regional General Manager

Basic Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative bent
  • Experience in marketing, communications or a relevant field
