We are looking for a competitive and responsible B2B Senior Sales Manager who will lead all sales operations and manage sales objectives while overseeing the activities of the sales team. S10 Labs provides fill-Finish, co-packaging, warehousing, fulfillment contract services with highly specialized equipment and capabilities to improve overall, quality, efficiency, traceability and profitability.
-Develop and execute sales strategies and metrics for self and team -Educate sales team and implement necessary sales SOPs -Oversee sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas -Assume responsibility for large target clientele -Identify and develop new market opportunities and understand current and future market opportunities -Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest -Present Sl0 Labs as a professional, trusted brand to potential clients and represent company at trade shows, sales workshops, and seminars -Collaborate cross functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals -Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to management -Other duties as assigned
Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking
-Three to five years in a professional environment -Cannabis industry experience considered a strong asset -Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape industry is a plus but not required -Proven work experience as a Business Development Director, Sales Manager or similar role -Have established contacts and relationships within the industry in addition to experience working with sales account databases and CRM platforms (Zoho, Hubspot, etc) -Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) -Understanding of sales performance metrics and consistent track record in sales conversion success and performance -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Highly organized and able to multitask
-Degree (Master’s preferred) in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable
