The General Manager is responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategy. Their duties include overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling staff, tracking cash flow, guiding marketing efforts, and creating efficient and compliant retail operations. The General Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the DOO to ensure performance goals for the store are met and the store is in good operational order at all times. The General Manager must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as an understanding of business analytics tools, such as spreadsheets and Microsoft Power BI. Compensation: $55k - $70k dependent on qualifications and experience.

Qualified candidates should possess 3+ years of management experience with at least 1+ years of cannabis-industry management experience, and possess appropriate knowledge of COMAR regulations, Metrc seed-to-sale tracking, and cannabis-specific software systems to effectively manage the store.
College degree preferred, but not required, for a candidate with suitable experience and cannabis industry expertise.
