THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
As a CSM Coordinator, you will support our Customer Success and Sales teams as they help brands in the cannabis industry hire. The Customer Success Coordinator will be a vital part of our Customer Success team, helping us optimize and document processes and procedures, as well as helping clients get set up with our tools. A key part of this role will be helping to optimize copy and job descriptions, as well as articles within our Knowledge Base.
WHAT YOU WILL DO -Support the Client Success Managers (CSM) in pre and post -sale activities for clients -Document process and procedural workflows -Manage Vangsts Knowledge Base for customers -Partner with CSM counterparts to align on tasks and deadlines for assigned accounts -Coordinate job campaign setup and optimize copy and SEO within job descriptions to help our clients hire quickly and effectively. -Monitor the health of your client's campaigns, and work with your account teams to troubleshoot and improve campaign delivery when necessary. -Support Client Services teammates in day -to -day tasks and special ad hoc projects -Identify technical issues or blockers and communicate those issues to the Support/Product teams. -Recognize opportunities to upgrade Clients to our premium products and service

WHO SHOULD APPLY -You have a “green -heart” for the cannabis industry -0 -2 years of experience working in a Sales Planning, Client Services, or Hiring Operations role. -Staffing or Saas experience is a big plus. -Zendesk experience a plus -Hubspot experience a plus -Strong written and verbal communication skills. Copywriting experience is a big plus! -Basic project coordination skills -Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time -Focus on providing world -class customer service -Can work independently with minimal supervision -Strong organizational & time management skills -Open to learning new software/platforms -You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, sweat the details, and get stuff done. College degree in relevant field of study preferred, but not required or equivalent work experience
