Tikun Olam’s Cultivator will be responsible for quality assurance and quality control of Tikun cannabis. • Responsible for their specific bays within the grow facility along with assigned duties from Manager and or Lead. • Work within our quality management program that establishes standards and systems to ensure consistency and to optimize quality for Tikun cannabis. • Assist the Manager and Director of Cultivation to safeguard Tikun genetics. • Set-up, sanitize, and maintain production facilities and equipment. • Research, record, organize, and analyze data. • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met at all times. • Responsible for accessing and determining environmental needs for cannabis plants. • Ensuring the cultivation techs have adequate supplies to create an efficient workplace. • To follow SOP for nutrient mixing regiments.

The Cultivation Technician 1 is responsible for care, maintenance, and sanitization of the cultivation facility and equipment.
The Cultivation Technician 2 tends to the plants including watering, up-potting, training, topping, and movement of plant material and green waste.
The Cultivation Technician 3 will be responsible for leading teams in the Cultivation Facility as a Flower or Veg Lead
