Come work in our edibles and concentrate kitchen with a full-time and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, productive, and efficient. Full-time --- 40 hours available, 5 days a week. Mon-Fri. Flexible schedule between 7AM-6PM. Possibility for 4 days per week x 10 hour days. Salary --- Base hourly + Tips. We also offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days, 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period. Benefits --- Health, Vision, and Dental insurance provided after 60 days. The majority is paid by the company. Store discounts and increased loyalty benefits are offered to all employees.

Role Requirements


Assist with the manufacturing of edibles, concentrates, and everything cannabis.

Process cannabis products with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Work with the Kitchen department to execute needs based on orders and batch requirements.

Ensure accuracy and help prepare products for sale or transfer.

Acquire knowledge of products, Metrc basics, and state regulations.

Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).

Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure the quality of the product is being met.

Physical Requirements

Standing or sitting for long periods of time.

Must have nimble hands and be capable of repeat motion.
