Summary

SUMMARY Directs, administers, and coordinates marketing activities for the company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company by identifying our target audience and developing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic • Develop plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet company objectives • Develop and coordinate production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage • Research and analyze industry trends and shape marketing strategies using the data findings • Help manage the development, delivery and marketing of new products • Digital Messaging – direct company messaging, brand, and user experience on all digital platforms and channels • Brand Management – develop brand identities/impressions and tailor all marketing campaigns, materials and messaging to support the brand • Company Communications – manage the public image of the company by cultivating a positive association for us with the public • Develop and maintain marketing budgets QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field. • Four to six years related experience. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work independently and/or on a team depending on task(s) • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions COMPETENCIES: Project Management--Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities. • Teamwork--Includes team in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement; Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external); Fosters quality focus in others; Improves processes, products and services • Cost Consciousness--Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures; Contributes to profits and revenue • Professionalism--Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments. • Quality--Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; M
