Our 3 Pillars of Quality Quality of Products Quality of Life Quality of Community Job Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with at least 4 years of experience to manage the social media, digital, and SEO landscape, primarily for KANHA gummies, one of the top edible brands in the nation. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who is interested in joining a fast-paced environment in a cannabis company with a start-up culture. The ability to lead the brand voice creatively while having a focus on data is essential. Drive brand awareness and traffic through social media, digital advertising (brand and performance based), affiliate marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, external partnerships, and other digital marketing programs Ideation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns including post campaign analysis and establishment of best practices Create, plan, schedule and post social content with a focus on growing engagement and reach while supporting brand and partner efforts in the challenging world of cannabis restrictions Audience/community engagement and regeneration, inclusive of building out an ongoing loyalty and retention program Develop a social influencer campaign strategy, and manage execution and promotion Website development and SEO Manage brand and digital assets for website partners Full CRM execution and email marketing, on both consumer and b2b levels Content marketing strategy to build on SEO efforts and lead generation Coordinate with Sales and Retail Marketing teams for any retailer digital needs
