Canna Zoned MLS is seeking a Project Architect to support a broad range of architectural projects in both new construction and renovation from planning and design inception through construction completion. We are Michigan’s leading real estate development firm for cannabis operators and entrepreneurs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop technical construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit Develop technical solutions for assigned tasks Able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision Must be flexible to adapt to situations and changes Proficient technical skills with ability to apply technical skills to the job effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines Strong communications skills with willingness to coordinate with consultants & clients Appear before various municipal agencies in support of site, building, development plans and applications Essential Functions Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Google Sketch-Up Technical ability to develop, coordinate, and review construction documentation for design solutions Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple competing deadlines Provide complete Design Development and Construction Document packages Education and/or Experience Bachelor degree of architecture, or related field; candidates with an equivalent amount of work experience will be considered 2-5 years experience in architectural practice Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in architectural drafting, modeling and rendering software Please submit your cover letter, resume, portfolio, references and salary requirements when applying for this position.
