Performs various advanced analytics, statistical analyses, and data visualization, including report building to drive data driven insights to improve business performance Converting raw data into consumable, actionable insights applying appropriate business logic Develop a deep understanding of the business drivers and what potential downstream implications of movements may be Conduct ad hoc analysis, ranging from the development of new metrics to identifying root causes for fluctuations in volume through the business Perform deep dives to analyze problems, identify opportunities, and suggest solutions based on findings Clearly communicate and engage with team leads across departments while crafting data tools to support operations Clearly communicate your findings to a range of senior management to inform and educate them Other duties and tasks as assigned
Minimum of 21 years of age. Possess valid driver’s license or state ID. Must pass all required background checks. Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends. Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Proficient in HTML, SQL, Visual Basic, other coding languages are a plus but not required 2-3 years of full-time experience in a related analytics role Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using data High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
