Cannabis Advisers are responsible for the accuracy of their daily cash intake and inventory sales and should be able to listen well and communicate effectively; report to Shift Lead or Assistant Manager or General Store Manager.

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain organized store displays and inventory stock

Ensure store presence is well maintained, tidy, and inviting

Perform above and beyond customer service and hospitality to the standards of WPB (Wash Park Boutique)

Correct cash handling and discount application

Capable of accurately ringing in all customer transactions with 100% accuracy and compliancy

Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Assist with daily and weekly inventory audits

Notify Shift Leads or Managers of low inventory stock

Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers

Complete all daily duties checklists with integrity

Responsible for product knowledge

Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and identification

Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles

Physical Requirements

Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds, perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling

Must be confident and customer service oriented when dealing with patients/customers on the phone and in person as well

Understanding of laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry

Punctual, meticulous, reliable

Ability to use POS system, Greenbits, preferred

General knowledge of cannabis and cannabis infused products

Responsible Vendor Training certified, preferred

Valid CO Driver’s License

Must be 21 years of age

Open availability

One year of customer service experience, preferred

One year of cash handling experience, preferred

Ability to work in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment

MED Support or Key Badge

A team player mentality with scheduling flexibility

Good communication skills

Responsible with a level of integrity
