Responsibilities

Create a strategy, execute related tactics to increase sales, engage new customers and ensure growth for all brands. Identify leads/new accounts and connect with them to ensure all Monterey Kush Company (MKC) receive exclusive or majority shelf space. Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers through visits, texts, emails, and phone calls, etc. in order to ensure that MKC is the preferred provider for all their cannabis needs. Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders professionally and promptly. Create, advertise, run customer events in shops and on social media. Promote products by ensuring each customer has the right merchandising displays and products are presented professionally and dynamically. Ensure territory growth by setting and executing appropriate goals and strategies. Assist other Sales Representatives and Sale’s Manager with customers or events. Educate Budtenders on products, services, and industry. Constantly advocate getting more space or product selection into each customer's space Identify competitors and potential threats; develop solutions and execute a strategy to continue to build and expand strong customer relations.
