Working Environment

This position operates in cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses cultivation processing equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work

Travel is not required but may be requested on an as needed basis

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check

Must pass a drug screening

Role Requirements


Engage in propagating, cultivating, harvesting and picking and packing product

Responsible for pruning cannabis flowers properly and meticulously without damaging them; weeding, moving plants, watering and potting

Examine plants for signs of pests or diseases

Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the facility

Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team

Pruning the leaf, harvesting, dissecting, adjusting, curing

Transport the harvested plants to the drying process

Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure Inform the direct supervisor if a possible delay or problems occur with the pruning process

Participate in harvest and processing if needed

Ensure the daily compliance policies including compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols, the dress code and work schedule

Physical Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Capable of frequent and repetitive hand movements

Ability to sit, stand, walk during the scheduled shift

Must be able to do repetitive lifting of 50lbs

Ability to climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time

Able to work in environment with varying temperatures

Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age

All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to submit proof of such eligibility


1 year of Trimming Experience

Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry

Must be trustworthy and reliable

Self-driven, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively

Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management

Ability to work both in a team and independently

Ability to accurately follow multi-layered instructions

High degree of flexibility, with a strong work ethic

Excellent organizational skills

Effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines

Strong team player

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Willingness to learn and develop


High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
