Role Requirements

Responsibilities

-Maintain knowledge of strains and products throughout the dispensary.

-Daily opening and closing duties. (See daily checklist on dashboard)

-Make sure front desk area and lobby are clean and customer ready at all times

-Checking in and out visitors properly & issuing visitor badges

-Engage the sales floor in the chat room’s discussions

-Utilizing pager system to ensure customers are seen in an orderly fashion

-Checking ID and/or appropriate documents to verify right to shop

-Answer and transfer phone calls accordingly following professional phone etiquette

-Process Change of Caregivers to and from Lightshade

-Notarizing documents

-Keeping front desk area organized at all times

-Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Physical Requirements

Guidelines include the personnel and operational manuals; state, local and federal laws, regulations and ordinances. Guidelines are received from Compliance manual, SOP’s and employee handbook. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
