RMZ, LLC is looking for a Production Associate in our Marijuana Product Production Facility. This position requires experience in preparation of product packaging and production materials. The Associate will be responsible for producing and packaging products, understanding of production and MED compliance as well as an intermediate comfort level with technology. This is a full-time position that averages 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Possible evening shifts available


$17.00 - $18.00 / hour

Role Requirements


Operation of Equipment. Requires the employee to feel confident with operating and maintaining production related equipment used in the manufacturing of our products.

Use of weight scales.

Communicates clearly and effectively with all coworkers including; Leads, Managers and Supervisors.

Withdraw required ingredients from inventory and record inventory information accuratly.

Maintains cleanliness and organization: This requires the operator to clean equipment, sanitize work areas, sweep throughout the day, mop floors daily, clean & sanitize utensils.

Operate in compliance with MED regulations in addition to RMZ rules and procedures.

Packaging products, including filling and labeling as required.

Accurately record processing information in the batch record and supporting documents using good recordkeeping practices.

Physical Requirements

Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for daily production. Can include sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, carrying boxes, and ability to lift to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.


Minimum one (1) year in the cannabis industry. Manufacturing experience can be substituted for this requirement.

We are looking for someone with cannabis packaging and production.

Working with flower, rolling joints and packaging and labeling are all good skills to have experience with.

Understanding weights and measures, the use of scales and having a serve safe sanitation certificate are also a plus. However, we can train eager focused and detail-oriented people.


High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to perform basic mathmatical calculations.

Operator must be able to communicate (reading, writing, & speaking) fluently in English.

Read and understand instructions clearly.
