Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*:

The Retail Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to Retail Operations and Retail Inventory departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Director of Retail Operations to analyze and update standard operating procedures as needed
  • Collaborates with Compliance, Security, and other department managers as it relates to Retail Operations
  • Assists Director with monthly retail visits to identify areas for improvement
  • Assists Director with maintaining account access and permissions for retail teams
  • Partners with Retail Inventory Manager to establish efficient processes for inventory purchasing
  • Assists with sourcing non-cannabis products to ensure cost savings
  • Assists with maintenance as it relates to inventory systems (Dutchie, IHeartJane, LeafLink, etc)
  • Analyze menu trends from competitors and establish pricing and sales strategies with Retail Inventory Manager
  • Collaborates with Data Specialists to analyze sales and inventory data for retail teams
  • Partners with Retail Inventory Manager to review monthly inventory data to implement strategies in purchasing habits
  • Partners with Accounts Payable to establish processes for invoicing
  • Assists with tracking and recordkeeping of Retail purchases
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by Director
  • Performs related duties, as assigned by Director

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5 year's experience in retail setting
  • 1 year experience in inventory setting
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on feet for extended period of time.
  • Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
  • Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay even keeled in periods of stress
  • Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
  • Skill in inventory control
  • Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize
  • Ability to focus; attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Absolute reliability and honesty

Mandatory Qualifications: The successful candidate will need to be 21 years of age and in compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must complete a State/Federal background check and fingerprinting.
