Demonstrate passion for serving the medical cannabis community and local neighborhoods
Manage and delegate duties and responsibilities to staff and supervisors
Maintain accounts payable and petty cash
Assist in the hiring, training, and termination of employees
Maintain the safety and security of all customers and team members
Protect guest, staff, and assets from injury damage, or theft through prevention and rapid response
Prepare for significant incidents, emergencies, natural disasters and crises
Create work schedules that accommodate the needs of the organization and team members
Stay abreast of all cannabis industry-specific legislation, actions, and enforcement
Partner with Director of Retail to ensure the appropriate selection of salable products are available at all times
Maintain and enforce controls and procedures that are in 100% compliance with all applicable authorities and requirements
Sustain and promote programs and services
Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Evaluate and review team member performance
Ensure the company’s reputation does not suffer negatively in any manner
Open and close the store as needed
Supervise inventory team members receiving products from our vendors and completing inventory processes in compliance with local and state regulations

Experience
Must be 21 years old
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role with proven ability to manage teams efficiently and ensure excellence in training and performance
Excellent customer service skills are a MUST
Understanding of basic accounting principles and able to interpret financial and sales data
Basic computer and information technology skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Basic math skills, ability to set financial goals, and make sound business decisions
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
