Here's where you come in.
Our next Human Resource Coordinator will be assisting with administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR Reporting, file management, compliance and other special projects.
You will be challenged to work tactically to support all day-to-day Human Resource functions.
One minute you will be completing new employee I-9 verifications.
The next minute you will be compiling HR reports from the database.
And the next minute you will be partnering with payroll team to manage payroll changes.
Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work within diverse teams, departments and sometimes even stakeholders across the organization.
To Be Blunt
Year 1 is going to be about:
- Management of employee data including but not limited to: new hire paperwork, I-9 verifications, Department of Health compliance, employee changes (compensation, promotions, terminations, etc.) and reporting.
- Monitors timekeeping system for compliance and accuracy
- Understands and implements company's personnel policies and procedures
- Conducts employee data audits
- Assisting with onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, background check and working with state agencies for work authorization

This role will be onsite in Waterfall, PA.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to work independently, or as a team, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in an administrative capacity supporting the HR function
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
