We are looking for a highly motivated, talented, results-driven and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We will provide you the opportunity to make contributions immediately while developing the skills and knowledge to be successful. At WholesaleCBD.co, you’ll join a fun, successful and super-fast moving company full of creative people dedicated to bringing high-quality CBD and wellness products to customers in need around the globe. Wellness is at the heart of everything we do—from gummies to capsules and tinctures to topicals, we’re constantly striving to create the most effective and impressive collection of CBD products available to qualified wholesale buyers. You must have relevant experience working in cold-call sales. In addition, you must be target driven with a proven track record in sales and also have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Candidates must reside in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a hybrid position; employees must be able to reliably commute and work onsite at our Chatsworth facility as well as remotely. Compensation Salary base rate plus a generous monthly commission on total Commissionable Revenue generated. Benefits This is a full-time position that offers excellent benefits.

Understand, embrace and promote our company business model, value proposition, benefits and advantages of working/buying from us;
Secure and grow existing accounts to meet business goals while developing a pipeline of new accounts to build your book of business;
Create customer relationships, establish and maintain market leadership and achieves long and short-term sales objectives;
Meet established program sales goals and market share targets within territory by utilizing effective sales techniques;
Achieve daily sales call activities/client deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and influencing purchasing decisions;
Positively impact sales in designated verticals and customer types, display knowledge of key customers, plan, analyze and act upon sales data;
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships that allow for directed probing to uncover the customer's needs
Detailed knowledge of company’s products, mission, values
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Provide customer service to existing and prospective customers as needed
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be able to drive for extended periods and to lift product promotional material cases weighing between 10 and 20 lbs.

Experience
At least 1-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales (Wholesale)
CBD, THC, wellness, health product sales experience a plus
Highly self-motivated, target-driven and consistent over-achiever
Understanding of business metrics and fundamentals (discounts, gross profit margin, customer lifetime value, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google GSuite
Shopify, Hubspot and analytical experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Build valuable working relationships with clients, and create a referral network
Understand the clients’ needs across a range of business functions
Problem-solving skills
Punctuality - reliable and timely attendance and availability
Attending trade shows, meetings, and networking events
