Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintaining solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.

- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders, etc.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Demonstration of knowledge and proficiency of all Standard Operating Procedures related to dispensary operations

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and oversite of hourly Maintenance Technicians, attending to preventative maintenance/repair of HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. Responsibilities:
? Anticipate and respond to potential vehicle issues including ensuring that vehicles have adequate fuel levels
? Be capable of changing a tire, perform regular safety inspections of assigned vehicle, and be able to drive in all weather conditions
? Load and unload cargo
? Recognize and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
? Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
? Follow all applicable traffic laws
? Report serious mechanical problems to the supervisor or other appropriate party
? Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean in and good working order
? Engage customers and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication.
? Communicate with customers to determine pickup and delivery needs
? Maintain fluency in electronic and paper documents associated with product transport including manifests, packing slips, and invoices
? Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols per Standard Farms' policies and procedures
? Review electronic and paper documents for accuracy and compliance to state and local regulations
? Contact supervisor directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies; take corrective actions as necessary
? Know customer location specific protocols regarding safety and security
? Assure the collection and remittance of cash in accordance with Standard Farms' policies and procedures as required
? Handle paperwork, such as receipts or delivery confirmation notices
? Other projects/tasks, as requested by direct manager.

Qualifications:
? Minimum of 1-3 years' experience preferred. Must possess valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be 25 years of age or over.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Standard Farms Drivers have physically demanding jobs. When loading and unloading cargo, drivers do a lot of lifting, carrying, and walking. Driving in congested traffic, interfacing with customers, or adhering to strict delivery timelines can also be stressful. All drivers must have the ability to hear, see, and speak clearly. Drivers frequently must lift and carry loads up to 50lbs. Drivers must be able to enter and exit a vehicle many times per shift and sit in a vehicle for long periods.
Exposure to outside weather conditions occurs on a regular basis. Shifts vary among drivers but may be scheduled seven days a week and between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Overtime may be required from time to time.
