KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm's staff, facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and developing Jushi relevant threat assessments
- Monitoring CCTV/Alarms health and immediately investigate and follow Standard Operation Procedure regarding camera alarms, down alerts, connectivity issues and view obstructions
- Perform and Monitor scheduled remote patrols throughout all locations

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Cultivation Manager will support the facility in all things related to the cultivation operations. Including, but not limited to, cultivation scheduling, planning, staffing, storage & transport. - Assist the Senior Director of Financial Reporting and internal staff in preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks, 8-Ks, including XBRL, in addition to other public filings, such as registration statements and proxy statements
- Draft and review of the Management's Discussion and Analysis section of the 10-K/Q and support the drafting of the earnings release and related earnings call transcript
- Complete monthly and quarterly debt covenant reporting, in conjunction with corresponding financial statements and certificates
- Interface with the accounting department to extract data and reports from Sage reporting system and general ledger system to prepare monthly financial reports, and monthly/quarterly financial statements for inclusion in various internal filings and SEC filing reporting requirements
- Assist in preparing quarterly and year-end audit schedules and analyses for the external auditors.

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience with POS systems
- Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, GTI products, and cannabis therapies - previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
- Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
- Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when the business requires such as performing retail operations outside via curbside service, removing trash or other outdoor tasks.
