How to sign in
- Your Vangst account manager creates your account. You get an email from ops@vangst.com with a link to set your password. The link works for 7 days.
- Choose a password. After that, sign in at the portal sign-in page with your email and password.
- You land on your own company’s pages. You only see the locations and pages your account has been given.
Questions
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to you and works for one hour.
I never received the set-up email.
Check spam for a message from ops@vangst.com, then ask your Vangst account manager to resend it. They can also send the link another way.
Can my team members get their own logins?
Yes. Accounts are personal, not shared. Tell your account manager who needs access and which locations they should see.
I have an access code, not a password.
Codes still work under Have an access code instead? on the sign-in page, but they are being retired. Ask Vangst for a personal sign-in.
I am a Vangst employee.
Use Sign in with Google with your @vangst.com account.
